Had 5 tickets to sell the first 4 went quick unfortunately couldn't 😕 sell the last one. Would use it again for sure. And also for purchasing tickets.
I have already told my friends about this...

bad customer service, I am still waiting to hear from Tixel regarding two tickets I bought 3 days ago, as I still can’t download them, it gives me an error page: see below-

statusCode 404
message "Ticket not found."
error "Not Found"

no response from Tixel in regards to helping with this problem or my refund request.

Bought Tickets to Bon Iver and was a bit nervous as first time using Tixel. But all worked out and whole experience was super smooth. Both the seller and Tixel customer service were responsive and helpful.

Sold my Harry Styles tickets fast and received funds shortly after the concert. Was the only trusted platform that was able to access and sell my mobile Ticketmaster tickets prior to them being issued. Will definitely use again.

To be honest, I wondered if this might be going to blow my money ... BUT this was amazing! I got the tickets I wanted, they arrived quickly and there was absolutely NO issues using them at the concert. Thank you so much ... I will be using Tixel again and have already recommended Tixel to others!!

I was able to buy a ticket to a sold out concert at a great price. I love that the seller can't sell the ticket for more than 10% profit. The ticket was sent straight away and the money was taken out of my account quickly. The ticket was legit and I trust this site. I don't know how else I would have got a ticket at a reasonable price and legitimately.

100% legit. Heard good things about Tixel but was a bit wary of the process with the rise of scammers. There was no need for worry as the process was simple and I recieved my ticket instantly (with a name change). Better yet, Tixel verifies all tickets with the providers so you are guaranteed a genuine ticket. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Very easy to use. Very user-friendly. The ticket I bought was way cheaper than the original venue price. Win win!
